Summertime in the Pacific Northwest is, in our opinion, unbeatable. The contrast of lush green forest and bright blue sky is absolutely perfect, especially as a backdrop for outdoor weddings. As we sadly watch this season come to a close, we take a peek at a July wedding amongst the evergreens at The Lookout Lodge. Please read on for more, and be sure to check out photos from the private vow exchange. Just a warning, you may also need tissues yourself. We sure did!
After a Valentine’s Day date at Benaroya Hall, Meaghan and TJ went home to unwind for the evening. Not expecting a proposal on this day--as Meaghan had indicated that a Valentine’s Day proposal would be “cheesy”--TJ surprised her with just that. As their cat watched on, TJ popped the big question! Meaghan happily accepted and, well, here we are!
Their wedding at The Lookout Lodge was a relaxed, low-key celebration. Other Snohomish Wedding Guild members that served this wedding include Snohomish Pie Company (just look at those mouthwatering mini pies!), beverages by Pour Girls and Some Guys, and photography by GSquared Weddings. Our favorite moments captured on film include the emotional first look, private vow exchange, and the pictures at sunset. Check out the photos below!
