With 21+ wedding and event venues in our community, Snohomish is the “Premier Wedding Destination in Washington.” As a wedding venue or a wedding professional, you are in a unique position to benefit from and further promote this concept throughout the Puget Sound.

 

In partnership with the City of Snohomish, the Snohomish Wedding Guild was formed to accomplish this goal. It is our hope that by working cooperatively, we can successfully increase the number of weddings and events in our community and, therefore increase your individual businesses.

 

The Guild hosts membership networking and educational meetings the second Tuesday in the months of January, March, May, July, Sept, and November. The meetings begin at 6:00 pm and are hosted at member venues. Members are encouraged to participate in the meetings by showcasing their services.

 

The Guild also hosts the Annual Snohomish Wedding Tour that is held the first Sunday of June each year. Only members of the Guild are allowed to participate in the Tour.

The SWG’s vision is to further enhance and promote the multiple and diverse wedding venues and vendors who serve this community. The SWG is committed to create and maintain positive and ethical relationships among its members and within the community it serves. We strive to advance the wedding industry as a self-regulated group extending membership to professional vendors in which the wedding consumer can have the utmost confidence."

 

WHEN DO WE MEET?
 

Guild general membership meetings are held the second Tuesday of the months of January, March, May, July, September, and November and go from 6pm to 9pm.  Each meeting is planned and organized by volunteers who would like to step-up and showcase their talents, even you can volunteer and showcase your skills in front of many other wedding professionals.  Oh!  Your first meeting is free and on us!  Come try it out for free.  Just reach out and let us know you're coming and we'll see you there!
